In the Networking arena, there are so many moving parts. Many people Network to SELL something; some people Network to meet more people; and some people realize that relationships really do make the world go round.
If you are Blessed to have a dynamic Circle of Influence, your circle is forever expanding. Sometimes, the tribe created from your Networking efforts become family. We know our neighbors, or NOT, and we certainly get to know our Networking colleagues. Do you allow these acquaintances to become friends? Do you WANT to form a tight bond with the people you meet?
With the amazing people I have met and gotten to know, I have been thrilled to have acquired my ‘tribe’ of besties. These people refer their friends and family to me and vice versa. The group pictured here is the No Excuses Networking group. We meet weekly and always have a subject or two for discussion as the format is that of a Lunch and Learn.
