Leaders have a way of making the co-worker feel valued and appreciated, because they ARE! Managers have a way of making the subordinate feel dominated and used.
In your company, what are you observing? Rank or position in a business does not necessarily determine your status as a Manager or a Leader…those are just titles. How you treat others, regardless of pay scale, may be what people will ultimately use as your measure of Success.
