Celebrate the Memory of Drew Bodenhausen !!!

On December 14th at Impact Fellowship in Overland Park, hundreds gathered to Celebrate an incredible man who had the heart for helping others.  He STILL DOES as his memory lives on in the smiles of the Orphans his cause benefits.

Shoes for Orphan Souls is the benefactor of all the generosity exhibited by those who attended the event as well as those who had collected shoes in their places of business.  There were many drop-off locations as well as other fundraising events that donated cash.  Lisa Bodenhausen, Drew’s mother, is quite the savvy shopper and negotiated discounts with different retailers to stretch those dollars father than any of us could.

Over 800 pairs of shoes were donated to Drew’s cause and you can BET this will be the FIRST ANNUAL rather than a ONE-TIME event.  The vocal group, ONE WAY, tore the house down, with their rendition of many holiday and spiritual favorites.  Congratulations to those involved and we are already looking forward to next year !!!

Cathy Weaver began Networking full time in June of 2008, when she founded her Miracles With Water company. She started Networking all over the Greater Kansas City area and was soon referred to as a ‘Master Networker’. Her involvement in these groups over the years has actually awarded her designations such as 2012 Volunteer of the Year for the Olathe Chamber of Commerce; a four-time Bartlett-Olson Membership Achievement Award Recipient; and Cathy was voted into the KC Magazine’s 2013 Class of Most Influential Women. In 2018, Cathy was selected as the Kansas Women Business Advocate of the Year by the Kansas Department of Commerce. With the success of her Kangen Water business, dba Miracles With Water, Cathy also found the time to write 3 books: "Networking On Steroids" published in 2012, "He Hit The Clouds Running...and never looked back" published in 2017 and "Networking On Steroids PQ" published in 2020.
