Drama Free Zone !!!

Most of the comments I hear from groups all over the COUNTRY, includes the fact that someone has QUIT Networking because there is TOO MUCH drama in that group/organization !!! What an interesting concept, getting large amounts of people in a room and there would be DRAMA ??? Fascinating !!!

SO the comment is too much drama, now what is the answer to fixing that ??? Any time more than one person is in a room, there will most likely be comments or attitude or some form of ego or jealousy rearing the ugly head that would create a bit of chaos. To work AND Network in a drama-free zone is a great goal; you must decide how to CREATE that environment !!!
