We all LOVE to attend events where we are greeted warmly and introduced to the group by one of its movers and shakers, but what happens AFTER the event and I leave with no one at the door to say, “Good-bye” “Thank you for coming” “Hope you are able to join us again at our next event” “Do you have time to meet with me next week for coffee”.
EVERYONE wants to be at the door to meet new people but WHO remembers that saying farewell to your guests and new members is one of the MOST important posts at ANY Networking event? As the Leadership Team of any organization, please remember that EXIT GREETING is vital to the success of any group. At your home, you ALWAYS walk your guest to the door to say Good-Bye – why don’t we do this in our Networking Groups?
