Remember, 1:1 appointments may also happen via telephone or Skype, so do NOT wait until your schedule clears to GET a meeting time and place that will work for both parties. A great relationship can be established, once the INITIAL meeting has occurred, over the phone, and referrals can take place from that moment forward. FORMAL networking events are the bread and butter of the business world, these days, but do NOT wait until the climate is PERFECT for you to get started. GET OUT THERE and meet some new clients and prospects, make some new connections and BUILD that referral network !!!
