Networking Events in Kansas City !!!

Book Cover by AngieSO many events, so little time !!!  The great news is, Kansas City is quite a Networking hub…new organizations and groups are opening each and every week !!!  MORE great news, the established organizations are thriving and we are able to attend MANY events a time or two before we decide to join.

How many Networking groups do you belong to ???  It certainly depends on your schedule, but suffice it to say, once you check out several, you will be able to decide which is/are great fit/s for your schedule and for your company.  Are you good at giving and GETTING referrals ???  People always say, the fortune is in the follow up – make sure you ROCK the follow-up process !!!

Don’t give up !!! If you have not found Networking groups near you, START ONE !!!  There are some basics you will need and there are some specifics that you can decide for yourself to make your group unique and FUN !!!  Learn all you can about Networking and my book just might be the perfect start for you !!!  “Networking On Steroids” is now on its second printing and I always carry copies with me if you are a Kansas City Networker !!!

Cathy Weaver began Networking full time in June of 2008, when she founded her Miracles With Water company. She started Networking all over the Greater Kansas City area and was soon referred to as a ‘Master Networker’. Her involvement in these groups over the years has actually awarded her designations such as 2012 Volunteer of the Year for the Olathe Chamber of Commerce; a four-time Bartlett-Olson Membership Achievement Award Recipient; and Cathy was voted into the KC Magazine’s 2013 Class of Most Influential Women. In 2018, Cathy was selected as the Kansas Women Business Advocate of the Year by the Kansas Department of Commerce. With the success of her Kangen Water business, dba Miracles With Water, Cathy also found the time to write 3 books: "Networking On Steroids" published in 2012, "He Hit The Clouds Running...and never looked back" published in 2017 and "Networking On Steroids PQ" published in 2020.
