Are you GOOD at Networking ? Do you LIKE to Network ? Do you EVER Network ?

Did you know that Networking just means TALKING to people !!!  We can Network in person or via the internet – if you have NOT stepped your toe into the Networking pond just yet, think about this: if you go to a LARGE event, you can just hide out or blend in – the focus is not on YOU as it is if you attend a smaller event first.  If you attend a small event, you MUST speak and you MUST connect and you SHOULD make an effort to meet people.

Hopefully, there are MANY different types of Networking events in your city – be sure to check out the local Chambers of Commerce and certainly www.meetup.com is another great place to start.  The first event may be the most difficult for you if you have not ‘tried’ this yet.  Equip yourself with some easy-to-implement strategies and get on board !!!
