Weekly Networking Opportunity

I love the Olathe ChamberEver wonder why some groups/organizations thrive while others muddle through ???  The Olathe Chamber of Commerce certainly sets the bar high in the Kansas City area for events and opportunities to get and keep members and guests engaged.

The Chamber hosts a weekly coffee, a Networking opportunity, for guests and members to meet and learn from each week’s sponsor, what their business is all about.  Meeting at a different location each week is a great chance for Olathe companies to gain more exposure and to meet the movers and the shakers in the Community.

There are MANY groups within the Olathe Chamber of Commerce: The Economic Development Council, The Convention and Visitors Bureau, Human Resources Roundtable, Leadership Olathe, the Liaison Committee, the Membership Council and the Ambassadors’ Club, just to name a few.

For someone to attend a coffee is sometimes a big step.  Being surrounded by 100 strangers may NOT be your cup of…COFFEE…but you will find at these events that strangers soon become friends and colleagues, as well as prospects and clients.  The events are FREE to attend – there are MANY people at each event to learn about your business and what you have to offer the public, as well as MANY chances to get involved as a member…you have heard MEMBERSHIP has its benefits – well, the Olathe Chamber takes that slogan to the very next LEVEL and beyond.

Don’t miss your chance to meet Community leaders and market yourself and your company to a group of professionals.  Attend a weekly coffee and learn all you can about WHY this Chamber is thriving in a less-than-stellar economic environment.  Check out the locations for each week’s event at www.Olathe.org

Cathy Weaver

Cathy Weaver began Networking full time in June of 2008, when she founded her Miracles With Water company. She started Networking all over the Greater Kansas City area and was soon referred to as a ‘Master Networker’. Her involvement in these groups over the years has actually awarded her designations such as 2012 Volunteer of the Year for the Olathe Chamber of Commerce; a four-time Bartlett-Olson Membership Achievement Award Recipient; and Cathy was voted into the KC Magazine’s 2013 Class of Most Influential Women. In 2018, Cathy was selected as the Kansas Women Business Advocate of the Year by the Kansas Department of Commerce. With the success of her Kangen Water business, dba Miracles With Water, Cathy also found the time to write 3 books: "Networking On Steroids" published in 2012, "He Hit The Clouds Running...and never looked back" published in 2017 and "Networking On Steroids PQ" published in 2020. From #water to #networking to #grief and beyond, Cathy may be that person YOU would like to have speak to your group, virtually, of course.
