I have had my Kangen 8 machine since they first arrived on the scene in July 2014. My first machine was the SD501 model, which of course, I still have AND use for my demos and for travel. I knew from the start I would become an Independent Representative with Enagic, the Kangen Water Company and the SD501 was the perfect model to begin my business. I was able to share this water with everyone I met, as our business model affords us the chance to actually offer FREE water to anyone who requests it for a 14-day trial period. Obviously when people experience Kangen Water for themselves, they purchase their own device. Each of these Enagic machines require SO LITTLE maintenance by the consumer and I am thrilled with how easy they are to clean. The company offers cleaning cartridges and citrus acid cleaning powder and the step-by-step instructions are so simple and user-friendly. My K-8 is even easier to clean than my SD501 and I have included a photo here with what it really looks like when you go through the cleaning process. It only takes 3 hours with the K-8 (I do mine sometimes overnight as I cannot be without my machine if people stop by for a fill up) and I am thrilled with the cleaning process onscreen instructions.
