One of the pH levels of water that these devices create is 2.5 and that is what I use to clean and disinfect, I even use it as hand sanitizer. I love that my hands are not dried out, as many are suffering with cracked skin on their hands now from all this hand washing and sanitizing. I have joked around that if my Enagic machines just made toilet paper, I would never have had to leave my house, even during quarantine, for essentials. The biggest bonus for me is that the drinking water tastes smooth and refreshing and it makes delicious coffee. Since I was HOME for 4 months, mostly, and my local coffee making favorite hub was closed, I made more Kangen coffee than I normally would have.
