Have you chosen a word yet for the New Year ?
If you are not familiar with this ‘technique’ for beginning of the year planning and strategy, for several years now, many of the Networking groups I belong to have each of the members, and guests, choose a word for the New Year that they can use for motivation, for focus, for reminders, for impact, for a bit of daily inspiration.
Do you have a word in mind for 2023 yet ?
What have some of your words from previous years been ? Have you chosen a word that was SO impactful that you kept it for two years in a row ?
Some people find, even in that very first quarter, that the word they chose for that year was NOT meeting their – wait for it – EXPECTATIONS – another word choice of mine from a few years back, so they changed their word midstream.
