    DO YOU CLEAN YOUR MACHINE ???  The answer, and we know this – is NO – when we get phone calls/emails/texts about the ‘cleaning cartridge’ or the ‘half filter thingee’ – we KNOW you are NOT cleaning these medical devices !!!  You clean your toaster oven and your coffee maker and your microwaves – THESE MACHINES are SO MUCH more important than those appliances !!!  If you no longer can locate your cleaning cartridge, just get on www.Enagic.com and order one – YOU MUST KNOW if you are HG or HG-N for filter replacement as the configuration at the base is different depending upon which version of the machine you now own – DO IT NOW !!!

    Run your Beauty Water – we do not say this several times a month because we like to hear it – YOU MUST keep these machines in perfect running order if you wish to produce medical-grade water – these machines work best when maintained properly – this can be said of just about ANYTHING – cars, grills, lawn mowers – DO the maintenance as recommended – do you know where your user manual is ?  Have you read it ? EXACTLY !!!
