OMGosh…that is NOT how you get someone to attend one of your meetings !!! Whether you are a member of a group or you just want to invite someone to attend an event WITH you, there are ways to INVITE that not only WORK, but these techniques create an atmosphere that most only DREAM about !!!
NO ONE wants to go to yet another MEETING – so, let’s try “How would you like me to market your business with 30 of my closest business associates?” or “Where else do you go Network? How would you like to attend a group with me that actually GIVES referrals to guests as well as members?” or “How busy do you want to get with your company? Are you ready to put your business ON STEROIDS and start Networking all over (your local market) ?”
There are lots of ways to say it, but the bottom line is, do YOU want to help your acquaintance succeed in his/her business and are you willing to be that connector in your area? GET TO WORK and let people know that you sincerely want to help them. Sometimes just a simple nudge in the right direction will turn YOU into an inviting MACHINE !!!
