This ‘statement’ always makes me smile … and just so you know, these Kangen Water devices are lifetime machines. You buy several cars, vacuum cleaners and even refrigerators but you will only need to buy ONE Kangen Water machine IF you clean it – IF you run the Beauty Water daily and IF you replace your filter as alerted and IF you send it in to the company for cleaning and/or maintenance.

We have visited our tech department in our USA Headquarters in Torrance (Los Angeles) California, to say Thank You for taking such great care of us and our friends, family and clients. SO NOW – your machine isn’t working anymore ??? Well, for those of you who had the ‘benefit’ of the 2-week free Kangen Water trial that we have offered over the years, you and WE are very diligent to make sure you are drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of Kangen Water each day AND making sure you are drinking the water we offer in 3-4 days and then return for your fresh refill. Once you got your own machine, WE do not monitor and encourage your water quantity and maybe you are no longer drinking the suggested amount. We KNOW this is true, as we hear it all the time. Funny that when you came to ‘fetch’ you paid more attention to the quantity than you do once you made the decision to get you own life-altering device for your own home/office.
We know, as we begin our 11th year with Enagic, that these machines do ‘not stop working’ so we are SURE that the results lie within the drinker. Are you adding ‘fermented’ beverages or are you back on the soda pop wagon or do you ‘forget’ to take your water with you for the day’s events ???
