How Much Water Should I Drink In A Day

This question is on many people’s minds often and especially during the summer, hotter months, How Much Water Should I Drink In A Day.

What IS the correct answer – you have as many answers on this topic as you have questions, so for me, it works great to drink about half an ounce per pound of body weight to feel really great and to sleep peacefully each night.

Every BODY is different so the answer for everyone may be different, but how much water we should drink and how much water we DO drink may have many different answers also. My friend, Sippy, is a reminder for many of us to measure our consumption.

How do you feel – how is your skin – how do you sleep – the questions are as varied as the answers for sure. Find an amount that works great for you and measure your intake each day.
